Have neck problems which do not allow me to sleep at a flat angle. Have tried many approaches but the Berkie System is the best for neck and spinal comfort. The 5 piece system's interchangeable units allow for different postions for different needs. I initially ordered the tan, but wanted to exchange it for the blue color. That was easily done.
since we live in Miami we were able to return the tan Berkie System to the warehouse and save on mailing fees. We were able to reorder in the blue color and received the merchandise within a week!
